Transcript of audio examples used for training are not also given in text so that I can train in the showroom where customers can hear it.
My pc has no audio, so I cannot hear the inane re-enactments performed by the hammy actors that do them. Why must training rely on audio? I need the transcript to know the material. Bad idea.
