Add mobile notifications for assigned self-inspections and training expiration

Love that mobile push notifications are a thing now. But they are only availalbe for action items and incidents. I already have a client reqeust from Hendrick Automotive Group to add push notifications for assigned self-inspections and required training. If self-inspections are assigned to a specific person we can choose to send them an email. It would be better to send them an email and a push notification. For every employee that has expired training and the mobile app they should get a push notification to say - go complete your expired training.
