Update VS Issue Latency Score to include time

The Vera Suite compliance score is based on severity type x latency. And our issue latency calculation is the days it takes to close an issue (within Vera Suite)/number of all closed issues. Our definition literally says if you are a longtime client then it will be hard to change your latency number and you should probably add time to this equation to get a more realistic data point. Is it possible to change this calculation to be divided by the number of closed issues in the last 12 months and not all closed issues?

It would make more sense to measure this against progress in the last one year, or two years vs. all time. Our Premier Groups have been with us for 10+ years so their commitment to safety is working against them when it comes to their compliance score.
