Transfer Employee - include certain optional fields

Transfer Employee only allows for required fields to be entered - including new Primary Location, Reports To, EHS Role, Job Category, Transfer Date.

This causes the Department field to be wiped out on the updated record. AND this means Admins have to know and remember to take an additional step to go back into the record, after transferring, and populate the Department field on their profile.
