When editing employees, it would be very useful, after the editing details have been saved, to return to the same place in the database.
At the moment the system returns to the first person on the list, so the editor has to scroll down the list to find the next record to edit. Given that list is in alphabetical order and it has to be scrolled down every time an edit has been finished, you might appreciate the frustration at having to navigate from the top every time.
