We should add an "Inactivate Employee" button in the "Action" drop-down menu that clients see. The current system requires a lot of clicking, as clients are forced to go into Edit Employee and then go back to the employee list to start over. And that's all assuming that the client can even find the current "Inactivate Employee" button where it is now. It's a tedious and time-consuming process that could be made much more efficient if this change were implemented.
