Even hearing people sometimes learn differently, when I read something it is burned into my memory but verbal lessons or lectures do not stick in the same way. I tried to click one link that said "audio transcript" but it did nothing. This would also help hard of hearing employees or employees with loud work spaces or neurodivergent employees who have ADD/ADHD etc.
