Every user on every computer has a different issue trying to get in. It is impossible to get everyone trained as almost nobody can just log in and get the training to populate. I have made instructions again and again on how to enable pop ups, redirects, and call it a safe site....and STILL CAN'T GET IT TO LOAD for 85% of our employees.
