Separate Part time employee from Full time employee

It would be helpful if we could show an employee is part time and that they do NOT accrue PTO days. Best scenario would be Start date and PTO accrual Start date. That way we could eventually add a later date if a part time employee goes to full time.

When an employee becomes inactive, please stop showing them on the filter issue list.
